Calibrate Processes for Yourself

I’m a big believer in the importance of the process. In fact I talk about this side of design every day at work.

Process can be as simple as sticky notes on a wall or as extensive as a fully-fledged Agile project structure and backlog that’s groomed in a tool like Jira or Asana.

Create a process that works for you, rather than blindly following guidelines set by others in different situations and industries.
