Activity-centered design (ACD)

A model of interaction design, grown-up from the idea of Human-centered design. It defines an ideal interface design as one, built around key user activities in achieving goals.

To perform ACD customers’ interviews and observation shall be done to get an understanding of users’ behavior — that allows collecting user stories in a map, seeing the missing tasks for activities, thus, finally, provide solutions for better user experience.
