Persona is a collective image of a desirable product user. Creating a persona facilitates to sharpen the needs and expectations of particular user groups and understand its goals deeper. Using the method of persona provides the possibility to ask the right questions and lookup for exact answers of how a chosen group of users, represented by persona, is going to interact with the product in basic and changing contexts, how user scenarios are going to vary, etc. To have a fuller image of future interface it is necessary to build both, typical and untypical personas.
