Stakeholders interview

A stakeholder interview is a talk with a person, having a vested interest in product success. After holding a series of such conversations, the entire structure of the project, including business goals, a list of technical constraints, competitive benefits, and others, is formed.

A stakeholder might be any person in a company, working on a project, who can give valuable advice about the product, or a representative of a distinguishing user group.
