Don’t Forget to Be Grateful

I bought coffee and beer for a lot of people. Because If someone’s taking their time to meet up with you, the least you can offer in return is to pay for their drink. It’s hard, of course, to do it now, when everything is online. But I’ll just say that even now the best way to show appreciation for someone’s time is by acting on their advice and feedback. After giving portfolio feedback, it feels great when I look at it a few days later and see some changes.
