Ditch Perfectionism
In creative endeavors, you must separate yourself from your work. Detaching your ego is the route to iterate generatively as you craft a product. It could always be better, so don’t let validating one particular design force blinders on your view. The best designers aren’t doing their work in a vacuum. Ditch perfectionism. Hunt down that new perspective. Tease out that inspiration. Make sure the work you’re doing gets the constructive counsel that it needs so that it may be improved. After you cut out ego, novelty is empowered to drive the process.
